Overview

We are seeking an experienced Laravel developer to join our IT team on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, lieu, and implementing software solutions for a range of applications

Core Responsibilities

Application Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Laravel.
  • Implement complex features and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

Code Quality & Optimization

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and resolve performance issues.

Database & API Management

  • Design efficient database schemas and write optimized queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure secure integrations with third-party services.

Leadership & Mentoring

  • Lead and guide junior and mid-level developers.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and deliver development projects on time.
  • Provide technical direction, promote best practices, and share knowledge within the team.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and DevOps teams for seamless integration.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Security & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement application security best practices and conduct regular code audits.
  • Stay updated with Laravel advancements and contribute to process and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in web development with a strong focus on Laravel.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PHP and Laravel framework (Eloquent ORM, Blade, Artisan).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Git, and SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks like or React is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
  • Certifications: Laravel or PHP-related certifications are a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
