JOB DESCRIPTION

The Revenue and Reservations Manager is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and occupancy by developing and implementing effective pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies. This role oversees the reservations team to ensure efficient booking processes, accurate room allocation, and exceptional guest service. The manager analyzes market trends, competitor performance, and booking patterns to optimize revenue opportunities across all channels. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office, the Revenue and Reservations Manager ensures that the hotel meets its financial goals while delivering a seamless reservation experience for guests.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in revenue management, reservations, or a similar role in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems (PMS/CRS), channel managers, and OTAs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and yield management strategies.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and revenue management tools/software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset to optimize revenue streams.
  • Ability to train, supervise, and motivate a reservations team while maintaining high guest service standards.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
