IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE

  1. Graduate of any four-year course.

  2. At least 2 years' experience in Sales handling FMCG in South Mindanao.

  3. Highly motivated and result oriented individual who can work well independently and in a team within a fast­ paced environment.

  4. Ability to initiate a local marketing promotion suited to brand, territory or channel according to consumer profile.

  5. Must be willing to travel in the areas of Southern Mindanao region or as needed.

  6. Must be a team player or with a good interpersonal skill.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Primarily responsible in developing / growing the business in South Mindanao.

  2. Manage regional distributor in hitting their sales and collection objective.

  3. Manage RD inventory and demand forecast ensuring a healthy RD inventory and brand assortments.

  4. Returns management to ensure a healthy RD stock cover and brand assortments to include trade displays whilst managing rather ensuring the returns within the company's standard.

  5. Account receivable management to include claims and RD reconciliations.

  6. Documentation of Claims and other Invoice-related deductions.

  7. Manage and work with RD team to improve RD organization and talents.

  8. Growing and developing the business together with key stakeholders through joint business meetings to top and key customers.

  9. Report any competitive activity in his / her territory and recommend any counter promotions.

  10. Support audit and compliance activities.

  11. Process order and validate Bad Stocks.

  12. Perform other duties as assigned including back-up functions for the team
