Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll operations, particularly in volume hiring environments, and be proficient in using HRIS systems like Xcribe. Experience working in the food industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage the payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements for a large workforce, especially in high-volume hiring or agency environments.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, and adjustments.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
  • Assist in preparing reports on payroll-related matters, such as tax filings, compensation reports, and benefits.
  • Work closely with the HR and finance departments to ensure proper integration of payroll data.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, particularly in high-volume hiring or agency settings.
  • Proficient in using Xcribe or similar HRIS payroll systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and benefits.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
