
Sales Account Executive

- Prepare internal forms (e.g., customer info and rate sheets) needed for new client/ account activation and submit to supervisor for Approval and Accounting for processing prior to first transaction
- Coordinate with Operations and facilitate client communication as needed
- Prepare client billing and submit to Accounting on a timely basis for invoicing
- Manage client or account issues and concerns including facilitating claims, billing adjustments or other client complaints. Prepare client correspondences, as needed.
- Grow the account by up-selling or cross-selling of other EXPLORER services (i.e., identify additional sales opportunities within an account)
- Provide sales and profitability reports to management on a regular basis. Notify immediate supervisor and Accounting for any potential client issues
- Comply with EXPLORER company policies and procedures (e.g., new account activation, billing, liquidation of expenses, etc.)
- Other tasks related to your job that may be asked by your supervisor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
