Job Summary:

The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing Sip2Glow's

brand and product campaigns across all marketing channels. This role ensures campaign

workflows are smooth, timelines are met, deliverables are on-brand, and results are tracked

for continuous improvement. Acting as the hands-on point person, the Campaign Manager

coordinates with multiple teams to bring campaigns to life—from concept to launch to

performance review.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Coordination

● Work closely with the Brand Manager and marketing team to develop campaign

plans and timelines.

● Coordinate cross-functional teams (Creative, Content, Sales, E-commerce, Product

Development) to ensure aligned messaging and execution.

● Serve as the main contact for campaign-related updates, approvals, and deliverable

tracking.

Execution & Implementation

● Oversee the day-to-day management of campaigns, ensuring deadlines and

budgets are met.

● Coordinate creative production, influencer/KOL collaborations, promotional events,

and online activations.

● Ensure brand consistency across all campaign touchpoints, including visuals,

messaging, and product presentation.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

1● Monitor campaign performance metrics such as engagement, conversions, ROI, and

brand awareness.

● Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future

initiatives.

● Identify opportunities for campaign optimization during and after launch.

Process Improvement

● Maintain organized workflows, calendars, and project tracking systems for campaign

management.

● Suggest improvements in processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of

campaign execution.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

● 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, marketing coordination, or

project management, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.

Skills & Competencies

● Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

● Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and consumer

engagement.

● Proficient in project management tools, marketing analytics platforms, and MS

Office/Google Workspace.
