The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specializing in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions.

Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. The Role
BGC, Taguig (hybrid)

10 AM - 7 PM PHT

We are seeking a member of the Operational Activities team who will take charge of mass campaigns. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and committed to the goals of The Ortus Club and has a clear understanding of project processes. They will make sure data on individual campaign analytics are correct and true, track campaign analytics trends, draw conclusions and data-driven insights, and collaborate closely with project teams.

Responsibilities
Policing

• Supporting the Campaign Analytics Head with quality control of data
• Sending out Newsletter/Mass Email Campaigns
• Policing Campaign Analytics tabs of projects
• Policing the right usage of domains and the sending medium
• Policing Mailwarming threads

Support

• Filling out campaign analytics data for email campaigns
• Suggesting other possible methods of outreach to Project Coordinators
• Providing insight into projects regarding campaigns
• Providing workshops/tutorials for campaign analytics (if needed)
• Conducting Glockapps testing
• A/B Testing to identify effective messaging content
• Keeping CA data and Acquisition reports clean and accurate
• Working closely with respective campaign owners to make sense of the data
• Upkeep, monitoring, and salvage of domain reputation

Innovation

• Improving email templates
• Finding ways to improve practices
• Initiating Email Campaign initiatives that are data-driven

Qualifications

• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of how to maneuver Google tools (Gsheets, Google Analytics)
• Strong working knowledge of campaign tracking tools
• Strong working knowledge of backend analytics
• Ability to identify problems related to Operational Activities and provide probable solutions
