About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our client engagements across various industries. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate, efficient, and confidential handling of sensitive information. You will play a key part in ensuring that records and documents are entered, updated and maintained with the highest level of precision and in full compliance with our standards and our client's needs.
What You'll Do
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in client systems and databases.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow strict data privacy guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or incomplete data.
- Retrieve and process information as requested by internal teams or client representatives.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy prior to entry.
