About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead with a strong background in both automation and manual testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading QA teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, and implementing best practices in testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor QA team members, ensuring adherence to testing standards and methodologies.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright.
  • Plan and execute manual and automated test cases across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate closely with development, product, and project teams to define testing requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot defects, ensuring root cause identification and resolution.
  • Maintain test documentation, reports, and QA metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Work with MS SQL to validate data integrity and support backend testing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a QA Lead in software testing.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright for test automation.
  • Proven experience in both automation and manual testing across web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL for data validation and query writing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php130,000.00 per month
