This role focuses on testing web and enterprise applications in an Agile environment. You'll work with cross-functional teams to plan, create, and execute manual and automated tests to ensure application quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and run manual and automated test cases
  • Create, optimize, and maintain reusable test scripts
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA teams across projects
  • Participate in sprint activities and peer reviews
  • Report defects and testing progress clearly and accurately
  • Take ownership of assigned QA tasks and support defect management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related
  • 3+ years in functional or automation testing/development
  • 1–2 years in Agile/Scrum testing environments
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Xray
  • Hands-on with any of the following:
  • NodeJS, JavaScript, REST API, Playwright
  • Knowledge of SDLC, QA processes, and test methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and complex environments
  • Willing to work on a permanent night shift
  • ISTQB certification is an advantage (not required)

  • Able to prioritize tasks with accuracy and flexibility
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month
