We're hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to support the delivery of an enterprise software platform used across Europe and the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you'll collaborate with globally distributed teams, create and oversee testing plans, uphold QA standards, and help ensure smooth platform implementation.

Key Responsibilities

QA & Development

  • Design, update, and manage test plans, test cases, and execution activities.
  • Enforce QA best practices and standards.
  • Provide guidance on testing strategies and methodologies to QA teams.
  • Collaborate with the test team to develop and run test scenarios.
  • Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps.
  • Drive automation efforts to increase testing efficiency.

Team Leadership

  • Allocate QA tasks, define priorities, and oversee progress.
  • Mentor and develop team members in quality assurance practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • At least 6 years of practical experience in software testing.
  • Strong understanding of test planning, methodologies, scripting, and reporting.
  • Experience with defect management and triage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience mentoring QA professionals and promoting quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large enterprise environments and agile teams.
  • Background in the insurance industry.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across cultures and influence stakeholders.

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
