Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Cebu team as
Customer Service Representatives – Billing
. In this role, you will assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

This position is open to
high school and college graduates
who are eager to start or advance their career in the customer service or BPO industry. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats related to billing, payments, and account inquiries.
  • Explain billing statements, charges, and account adjustments clearly and accurately.
  • Process payments, refunds, and billing corrections as needed.
  • Record all customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
  • Resolve billing disputes and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
  • Meet performance targets, including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level/graduate
    .
  • With or without BPO experience –
    fresh graduates and first-time applicants are welcome
  • Good English communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to work in
    Cebu City
    and on
    shifting schedules
    (including weekends or holidays).
