We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to lead our influencer marketing efforts and grow our beauty brand's presence across digital platforms. If you're passionate about social media, love working with creatives, and are ready to contribute to exciting campaigns — we want to meet you


What You'll Do:

Collaborate with content creators & influencers

Lead exciting campaigns with our creative team

Develop growth strategies for a leading beauty brand


Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with influencers for brand partnerships
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and payments
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; prepare reports and insights
  • Stay updated on influencer trends and social media changes
  • Work with marketing to align influencer strategies with campaign goals
  • Keep accurate records of influencer contacts and deals
  • Attend strategy meetings and contribute to team goals
  • Work onsite at our Ortigas office with a results-driven and organized approach

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
