Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Department in executing daily marketing activities, including social media scheduling, influencer coordination, event support, and basic content editing. Training will be provided, making this role suitable for applicants who are willing to learn and grow within the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Scheduling

  • Schedule and publish content across Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Assist in planning and maintaining the social media posting calendar.
  • Coordinate with the Content Creator for trending TikTok content and timely uploads.
  • Monitor social media engagement, such as comments, messages, and basic insights.
  • Draft and proofread captions for social media posts following brand tone and guidelines.

2. Content & Graphic Editing

  • Edit basic videos using CapCut or similar editing tools.
  • Create simple graphic materials using Canva or recommended alternatives.
  • Assist in preparing promotional content, product visuals, and online campaign materials.

3. Influencer Coordination

  • Assist in communicating with influencers for collaborations, product send-outs, and content timelines.
  • Support in monitoring influencer deliverables and campaign results.
  • Help track affiliate activities and assist in managing TikTok Shop features.

4. Events & Brand Activities

  • Provide support during events, pop-ups, launches, or brand activations as needed.
  • Assist in logistics, preparation of materials, and on-site coordination.

5. Cross-Functional Marketing Support

  • Assist during live selling sessions or content production with the Content Creator.
  • Help brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and social media trends.
  • Support the Marketing Head in various tasks and follow instructions with flexibility and initiative.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok shop.
  • Familiarity with posting/scheduling tools is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Basic video editing (CapCut) and graphic design skills (Canva).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willing to learn, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to fresh graduates; experience not required.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Experience or interest in influencer marketing.
  • Exposure to event coordination or brand activations.
  • Ability to keep up with social media trends and new digital tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
