Angeles City, Central Luzon, Philippines R Land Development, Inc. Full time ₱150,000 - ₱300,000 per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for over-all marketing related activities of the project — events, traditional initiatives and research.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and strategies for the project.

  2. In-charge with local partnerships and sponsorships

  3. Ensures availability of marketing materials (OOH, posters, flyers, brochures, digital, etc.) and

selling tools of the project.

  1. Outsource and coordinate with suppliers for production of marketing materials and events

  2. Conducts competitors scan and market research for new and updated information.

  3. Responsible for all ingress / egress exhibits and events.

  4. Keeps accurate inventory and accountability list of all marketing materials and collaterals.

  5. Regularly check the project and activation sites if properly cleaned and well maintained. Arranges for repairs if necessary.

  6. Responsible for on-time processing of payments and liquidations to suppliers.

  7. Assists in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth flow and coordination of the project's activities.

  8. Coordinates with other departments with project inquiries and concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing, Mass Communication or any related course

  2. Preferably at least I year working experience in related field is required for this position

  3. Must be residing in Angelies City, or nearby

  4. Must be willing to do fieldwork and weekend activities

  5. Able to effectively and timely perform tasks with minimal supervision

  6. Required Skills:

  7. With good communication skills (oral and written)

  8. Has events management experience

  9. Can multi-task and meet deadlines

  10. Ability to prepare reports

  11. Proficient in MS office applications (word, excel, power point)
