About the Role

We're looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Intern with experience in video ad creation for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. If you love making engaging short-form content and understand the power of social media advertising, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, high-converting video ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms, following best practices for ad performance.
  • Research and implement the latest trends, effects, and viral challenges to enhance ad engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and ad scripts.
  • Analyze ad performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Edit videos using native platform tools and third-party software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Assist with organic social media content creation to boost brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.).
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and audience behavior.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.).
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to craft compelling ad content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bonus: Experience in graphic design, scriptwriting, or influencer collaborations.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with law school or legal content.
