Open Job Position: PROJECT TRANSITION MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Transition Manager is responsible for leading the successful transition and delivery of service projects from initiation to handover. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and processes. The manager acts as the key coordination point among internal teams and customers, driving effective communication, change management, and continuous service improvement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a Project Transition Manager, you will be the central force behind all service projects, ensuring smooth, on-time, and compliant delivery. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Organize, arrange, and manage service projects from initial scoping through to final implementation and handover.

  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor performance, and ensure all parties are on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

  • Support the Service Management Office (SMO) by overseeing SLA/KPI adherence, process compliance, and conducting internal audits.

  • Lead regular project update meetings with internal teams and customers, maintain clear communication lines, and create essential project plans and documentation.

  • Drive initiatives for service improvement and manage all aspects of change management related to new and existing services.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree (any field).
  • At least 2 years of team management experience and previous experience in the BPO, Customer Service, and/or Technical Account environment.
  • Strong understanding of Service Methodologies and Project Management Processes.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels.
  • Highly customer-focused, exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to motivate and drive a team.
