Responsibilities
- Prepare, compile, and organize complete bid documents following client or government procurement requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all forms, certificates, and attachments needed for each bidding.
- Secure updated company documents such as permits, licenses, financial statements, and other required credentials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding bid details
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents
- Maintain organized records of all bid files and submissions
- Ensuring all deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field; preferably with experience in government processes (Fresh graduates with OJT experience in government are welcome
- Experience in preparing and submitting bids or proposals
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for client specifications and bidding documents
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
