General Manager for Dean

The General Manager of Dean & Deluca is in charge of overseeing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring consistent delivery of quality food and services to the customers.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Establish and implement an appropriate Operations Manual for the organization.
  • Continuously audit existing process and policies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Improve performance by motivation and monitoring staff continuously and investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and services.
  • Help and train advance management skills and responsible for scheduling and rolling training programs for all stores.
  • Manage and oversee new project, equipment, replacement, test programs and vendor relations.
  • Stay ahead of the operations through store visits per company policy and evaluate store practice against company standards.
  • Supervise quality control and quantities for preparation to minimize wastage, perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high of preparation and services.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulation, staff training, and development as required and keep records for health inspectors.
  • Estimate the food consumption of each store and makes sure that orders are scheduled and delivered fresh.
  • The operations manager will look over the stores and ensure that they become center of excellence. Store owned stores should be seen as a training center for the new franchisees and their staff.
  • Provide reports on the performance progress against the plans and budget.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Base: Restaurant-based with office reporting, as needed

Requirements

  • With 5-10 years relevant working experience in Food and Beverage Industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or any Food related course.
  • Willing to travel and visit stores.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • With analytical and organizational skills.
  • Pleasant and positive work disposition.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
