KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Work with sales reps to gather customer feedback and market insights.

  2. Share field data with Marketing to help shape strategies and programs.

  3. Help run trade promotions, field events, and marketing activities.

  4. Distribute marketing materials and product info to the sales team.

  5. Make sure all marketing tools follow brand guidelines.

  6. Spot potential partners, dealers, or community groups during field visits.

  7. Look for collaboration, sponsorship, or co-branding opportunities.

  8. Suggest partnership ideas that could boost sales or brand awareness.

  9. Track and report the results of campaigns and promotions.

  10. Stay updated on products, promos, and competitors to support sales.

  11. Create reports on market trends, campaign results, and customer feedback.

  12. Assist with marketing tasks like documentation, logistics, and planning.

  13. Join marketing events and field activities as needed.

  14. Handle other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. With 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, trade marketing, or sales-related roles (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered).

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.

  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to organize and present market insights.

  5. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM or reporting tools is an advantage.

  6. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as part of sales and marketing collaboration.
