ABOUT THE JOB:

The Marketing Coordinator is the operational backbone supporting marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role focuses on the efficient execution of multi-brand campaigns, ensuring consistent Brand Communication, managing collateral production and distribution, providing essential administrative and reporting support.

This position is crucial for upholding Asset Management and Brand Strategy across the portfolio and contributes heavily to the Integrated Sales and Marketing Activation efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent planning and coordination capabilities.

Key Result Areas:

1. Campaign Management

  • Coordinate the implementation of multi-brand marketing calendars and promotional schedules

  • Facilitate campaign briefing and execution across different Local Marketing Teams and Operations Departments

  • Track project timelines and deliverables for all shared marketing initiatives

2. Brand Communication

  • Assist in the creation and production of internal and external marketing materials to ensure alignment with each brand's identity and tone of voice

  • Act as a liaison between creative partners and brand leads to streamline feedback and approvals

  • Maintain and update brand guidelines and key messaging documents

3. Merchandise and Store Visuals

  • Oversee the production, quality control, and distribution of all marketing assets for all brands (posters, POP materials, signage)

  • Collaborate with the Operations Departments in ensuring that store visual merchandising adheres to brand guidelines and campaign standards

  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective production of materials

  • Ensure consistent application of Brand Strategy standards across all physical assets

4. Administrative and Reporting

  • Consolidate marketing data and performance metrics into comprehensive reports for the Brand and Marketing Manager

  • Manage the marketing budget tracking, invoice processing, and documentation filing

  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, taking clear minutes, and tracking key agreements and action points

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or any related field with at least 1 year experience in the marketing field. Fresh graduates are welcome.

  2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Business, Forms)

  3. Basic knowledge and experience using Canva for creating simple collateral and internal communications

  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills

  5. Familiarity with production processes for marketing materials

  6. Strong organization, excellent time management, and effective planning abilities

  7. Must be customer-centric, highly creative, and possess an analytical mindset with strong market awareness.

  8. A genuine interest in fashion retail and a foodie

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
