Key Responsibilities:

Data Collation:

  • Gather and consolidate financial data.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.

Financial Analysis:

  • Analyze profit and loss statements, identifying key trends and variances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret financial results.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the Accounting Operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the business unit and the Accounting Operations Department.

Budget Monitoring:

  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets
  • Provide insights to support effective budget management.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand business processes and contribute to decision-making.
  • Act as a bridge between the Specialty Accounting Operations Department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and management accounting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
