The Role: Service Order Management Administrator

This position is for future opportunities with Schneider. We are actively recruiting and interviewing for future positions in Field Services to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

To accurately enter contractual or individual job requirements into our systems ensuring the correct end to end process is followed via SAP and BFS (Salesforce)Process invoices in a timely, accurate manner, adding detailed customer references/notes – meeting month end deadlines.Process purchase orders onto SAP and BFS The Ideal candidate must have strong computer skills in the Microsoft packages, word, excel and teams and communicate in a clear and concise manner, Fluent English is mandatoryStrong time management and self-organizational skills Handles multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced work environmentDetail oriented and able to meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skillsCan work both independently and part of a team

Who would be successful?

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics EngineerAt least 1 year of experience in Order Management is an advantageAbility to work in a fast-pace environment, under pressure and minimum supervisionAble to multi-task effectively, organized, with good prioritization systemGood attention to details, high commitment to quality outputFamiliar with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
