Key Responsibilities:
- Building Maintenance and Operations:
- Supervising and coordinating maintenance activities, including routine repairs and major renovations.
- Ensuring proper functioning of building systems like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems.
- Managing custodial staff and overseeing cleaning and upkeep of the building.
- Monitoring utility usage and implementing strategies to reduce costs.
- Security and Safety:
- Managing security personnel and ensuring a safe environment for occupants.
- Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, including fire safety and emergency protocols.
- Conducting regular safety inspections and addressing potential hazards.
- Tenant Relations and Communication:
- Addressing tenant complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining positive relationships with tenants and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Communicating building-related information to tenants and stakeholders.
- Budget and Financial Management:
- Developing and managing the building's operational budget.
- Monitoring expenses and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Overseeing procurement of supplies and services.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Preparing and submitting regular reports on building operations, maintenance, and finances.
- Staying updated on relevant regulations and attending training programs.
