The role

We are seeking for an experienced and multilingual Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. This is a full-time position based in our office in Marilao Bulacan. As a fluent Hokkien speaker, you will play a critical role in facilitating seamless communication and coordination across our diverse operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage complex calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and other commitments for senior executives
  2. Provide efficient and confidential administrative support, including preparing presentations, reports and correspondence
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries and directing requests to the appropriate parties
  4. Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is readily accessible
  5. Assist with special projects and other tasks as required to support the effective functioning of the leadership team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced organisation
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hokkien, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  3. Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to multitask
  4. Proficient in MS Office suite and other productivity tools, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  5. A proactive, discreet and service-oriented mindset, with a commitment to confidentiality
