About the role

Join our dynamic team at P1 Prime Advertising Corp' as a Junior Account Executive. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and supporting the execution of integrated advertising campaigns. Based in our Marilao Bulacan office, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients' marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive advertising strategies and creative solutions
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative and media, to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns
  4. Monitor campaign performance, provide regular updates to clients, and recommend optimisations as needed
  5. Contribute to new business proposals and pitches to help expand our client portfolio
  6. Attend client meetings and present updates on project status and results
  7. Provide administrative support, such as preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and managing project timelines

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  4. Proficiency in MS Office suite, with the ability to create professional presentations and reports
  5. Familiarity with key advertising and marketing metrics, as well as experience with campaign performance tracking and analysis
  6. Passion for the advertising industry and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our clients
