A Procurement/Marketing Assistant assists in managing both the procurement and marketing functions within the company, ensuring seamless operations in acquiring goods and services while also supporting marketing efforts to promote the brand.

  • Assist in finding suppliers for materials or services.
  • Maintain a list of suppliers and monitor their performance.
  • Help evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery time.
  • Assist in creating purchase orders (POs) and ensure the correct quantity, price, and terms.
  • Follow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Track inventory levels and assist in reordering supplies.
  • Coordinate the movement of goods and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Maintain records of all procurement activities.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
  • Collect and analyze data to support marketing strategies.
  • Assist with creating marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Coordinate with the design team for visual content.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns through data analysis (e.g., tracking engagement and sales).
  • Assist with managing social media accounts and ensure consistent branding.
  • Help update and maintain the company website with new products or promotions.
  • Work closely with both the procurement and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
  • Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
