Brief Description of Work and Responsibilities:

  • Incident support and Service Requests
  • Account Creation for Users via System Administrator
  • Activation / Deactivation / Reactivation of Users via System Administrator

  • Account Retrieval of Users (forgotten password / username) via System Administrator

  • Monitor submission of files and recover files if needed.

  • Troubleshoot technical and application issues
  • Support roll-out of new applications
  • Conduct systems testing of applications solutions
  • Create written documentations.

Preferred Experience for this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or any relevant field.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Windows, Linux is a plus
  • Experience in tech support, desktop support or similar role is a plus
