SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Reports and align business unit metrics performance of assigned business unit. Assist AVP & Financial reporting head in the preparation and presentation of relevant financial reports. Assists in the development of financial models for specific business areas identified by management. Coordinates with departments to monitor priority areas and ensure the reporting of relevant information timely and accurately. Provide support to the budgeting process and monitoring of resource utilization of the assigned business unit. Aligns with business unit managers and assist in the preparation of forecasts for presentation to management. Manages and maintain databases used for reporting. COMPETENCIES Excellent communication both oral and written, with strong interpersonal skills. Attention to details with good analytical skills. Good “people skills” for building relationships with colleagues at all levels. Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results. High level of professionalism. Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles and standards. Experience with financial modeling and forecasting. Experience with Data Visualization tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in budgeting and strategic planning. Understanding of financial markets and trends EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Educational Attainment Bachelors/College Degree in Management accounting/Accountancy/Financial management Experience A minimum of one (3) year experience in financial report and/or management reporting Able to navigate through standard reports of SAP ECC Strong time management and organizational skills Fluent spoken and written English #J-18808-Ljbffr
