Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Process transactions, orders, and account updates accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school diploma; college level or graduate preferred.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and CRM tools.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu.
