Job description:

  • Effectively communicating with customers by composing accurate, prompt and effective replies to customer inquiries, via phone, chat and e-mail
  • Ability to handle difficult or sensitive issues with customers in a polite and tactful manner
  • Collects and contributes to daily/weekly/monthly reports monitoring customer activity
  • Understanding company products, systems and customers

LOCATION: Cebu IT Park, Cebu Business Park

POSITION: Customer Service Representative – HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT

WORK SET-UP: Pure Onsite

SCHEDULE: Night Shift

START DATE: Urgent / ASAP

(COMPENSATION & BENEFITS)

- EARN UP TO 16,000- 23,000 SALARY ( Depends on previous salary and experiences in BPO)

F. 20% Night Diff

G. HMO day 1

(REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS)

· SHS Graduate/Completed 2 years in College w/o back subjects, College graduate

· With or without Work Experience (with Excellent Communication SKILLS)

· Complete pre employment reqs( Diploma or TOR, COE, etc.)
