QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least the Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering
  • Preferably 1-2 years work experience in Engineering - Quantity Surveying/Cost Management
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Can work under pressure and with deadlines
  • Innovative and has initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in the head office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Estimate architectural and structural works of a project
  • Generate project budget from the estimated quantities
  • Cost evaluation and monitoring
  • Permits requirement monitoring and collation
  • Closing of contracts, work orders, and purchase orders
