Job Summary:

The Position is assigned at the site and reports directly to Project Manager. The Position is primary responsible for cost and Subcontracting matters. It also includes progress and project expense control.

Task and Responsibilities

  • Collates, asses, evaluates and finalizes production data and material usage gathered by field engineers and site supervisors.
  • Prepares cost analysis for labor and materials based on data gathered to be submitted to Cost Department or immediate superior.
  • Monitors and prepares summary for the actual project expenses by gathering data from Accounting, Purchasing, and Engineering Department.
  • Closes coordination with the PM with regards to the computed actual expenses of the project.
  • Prepares canvass and cost comparison for Civil, Architectural, Structural and other related works.
  • Coordinates with suppliers as to Material Technical Specifications and Applications Procedures.
  • Prepares monthly accomplishment billing of the Project.
  • Prepares Sub-contractor's Notice To Proceed and Contract Documents.
  • Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
  • Implements and complies with ISO 9001: current version – QMS.

Education/Experience

A graduate of any of these courses: BS. Civil Engineering, BS. Mechanical Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering, BS Sanitary Engineering, BS. Architecture with or without experience.

Other Requirements

Must have a good command of the English language both in oral and written communication; Proficient in MS Office Programs and AutoCADD
