  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate communication and workflow.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office software

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with office procedures and best practices
