The Front Office Associate is responsible for delivering excellent guest service by managing front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out, handling reservations, answering inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth and memorable stay for guests.
Key Responsibilities:-
Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.

Manage room reservations through phone, email, and walk-ins using the property management system.

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Maintain accurate guest records and process payments and billing.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room status updates.

Provide information about resort facilities, local attractions, and activities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Follow company procedures regarding security, safety, and emergency protocols.

Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

A degree in hospitality is a plus.

Previous experience in front office or customer service is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software (e.g., Hotelogix and other OTA's).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
