GHL Tech Specialist (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems with accurate and organized data
  • Build, update, and optimize workflows, funnels, and automations
  • Audit and clean up outdated workflows, integrations, and assets
  • Update website pages, forms, links, and funnel components
  • Test and QA funnels, pages, and automations before launch
  • Troubleshoot minor technical and integration issues
  • Provide ongoing technical support to team members during working hours

Automations & Integrations

  • Build and maintain automations in GHL, Zapier, Thinkific, and similar tools
  • Ensure proper data syncing across CRM, Slack, Google Sheets, and other platforms
  • Update payment, access, and onboarding automations as needed

Documentation

  • Create and maintain clear documentation for recurring tech processes

Skills

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Hands-on CRM experience, preferably GoHighLevel
  • Familiarity with Thinkific, Whop, SendBlue, webinars, Meta Business Suite, Zoom events, and email/SMS flows is a plus
  • Webhooks or API knowledge is an advantage
