Bilingual Loan Processor

The Loan Processor will be responsible for accurately reviewing customer stipulations, validating application data, and ensuring compliance with Lending guidelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Lending guidelines, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

· Review loan applications to ensure all required documents and information are complete and accurate.

· Verify borrower information, including employment, income, insurance, and lienholder payoff.

· Communicate with Loan Officer's, borrowers, and Credit Analyst to obtain any missing or additional documentation.

· Analyze loan documentation to assess creditworthiness of a borrower according to establish Lending Guidelines. · Prepare and submit loan applications to Audit and Funding Team for review and Approval.

· Follow-up with borrowers and other relevant parties to obtain any outstanding documentation or information.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the loan process.

· Provide timely updates and communication to borrowers regarding the status of their loan application.

· Work closely with Loan Officer's, Credit Analyst, and other Team Members to expedite the loan approval process and meet deadlines.

· Maintain accurate and organized records of all loan files and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Automotive, Finance, Sales and Lending Experience; beneficial

· Previous Call Center or Loan Processing Experience; preferred

· Quality Control Experience; preferred

· Positive and "Can-Do" attitude

· Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment

· Ability to multi-task

· Bilingual (English/Spanish); preferred

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook); preferred

· Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technolog

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent, required
