Accounting Staff/ Bookeeper

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

BILLING and COLLECTION

Preparation of Statement of Account and Billing Invoice to clients.

Collection of Receivables from clients.

Posting and Monitoring of payments from clients.

Oversee and monitor Admin Officer 1 in following up collection of payments from clients.

BIR and GOVERNMENT PAYABLES

Preparation of Monthly Withholding tax and VAT Reports for submission of payment.

Preparation of Monthly SSS, PHIC and HDMF Reports before payment.

Filing of R3 and R5 thru SSS on-line system.

Maintenance of complete file of SSS, PHIC, HDMF and BIR receipts and payments.

PAYROLL

Counter checking of payroll prepared by Auric Innovative.

Preparation of Payroll Summary to be credited to individual accounts.

Preparation of pay slips and Payroll Check Vouchers.

Maintenance of Payroll Files.

CHECK VOUCHERS and PAYABLES

Evaluation of Billings payable to consultants for approval of payment by LPP.

Preparation of Check Voucher Payments to Consultants upon instructions of LPP.

Monthly Bookkeeping

Monthly Report

Yearly Report
