
Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling Merx Prime's premium glass and surface film solutions to the automotive, architectural, and decorative markets. The role combines technical product knowledge with client relationship management to ensure successful business development and long-term customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with automotive dealerships, contractors, architects, interior designers, yacht owners, and premium customers.
- Present and demonstrate product benefits, highlighting heat rejection, UV protection, energy savings, privacy, safety, and aesthetics.
- Conduct client visits, measurements, and initial technical assessments to support project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and professional presentations for client consideration.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent after-sales service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) to align strategies and improve overall customer experience.
- Keep abreast of competitor activities, industry trends, and market conditions.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven sales experience (minimum 2 years preferred) in construction materials, luxury automotive, interior design, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical details.
- Experience handling high-value or corporate accounts is an advantage.
- Knowledge of reading floor plans or basic measurements is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance, confident personality, and strong interpersonal skills. - Willing to travel locally for client meetings and site inspections.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- With valid driver's license preferred.
