Position Summary

The Admin Staff is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role includes handling daily administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, maintaining records, and assisting in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office files, documents, and records both in physical and digital formats.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related tasks.
  • Assist management and staff with administrative requests.

Payroll Duties

  • Collect and verify daily timekeeping records of employees.
  • Encode attendance and overtime details into the payroll system.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee salary and records.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative or payroll-related roles.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, timekeeping, and government statutory contributions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and payroll software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
