OVERVIEW:

The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior executives and manage administrative task on their behalf. They handle inquiries, create and distribute documents, manage calendars and meetings, and book events, travel and accommodation. They may also assist with reviewing reports and other financial documents. Executive Assistants need to be highly organized with the ability to manage others and delegate tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Keen to details
  • Experience as a secretary or VA is required.
  • Ability to communicate in English confidently (written and verbal) is a must.
  • Great interpersonal skills are required.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred and an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or adjust hours as needed.
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to use computer software applications such as MS Teams
