Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

Employment type: Fixed-term [18 months]

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 60,000 to 81,000 (updated)

We are looking for a dedicated Digital Exams Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to diligently analyse and align in-house and SaaS platforms to ensure the secure, efficient, and scalable delivery of new innovative digital exams worldwide.

What will you do as a Digital Exams Business Systems Analyst?

Reporting to the Head of Digital Exams Delivery, your accountabilities will include:

• Analyse and evaluate in-house and SaaS platforms to ensure alignment with evolving business requirements and digital exam objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, refine, and document business needs, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Conduct gap and impact analyses, recommending system enhancements or alternative solutions to improve performance and scalability.
• Partner with technical and business teams to support testing, integration, and adoption of new or enhanced systems and processes.
• Support change management, training, and communication activities to ensure smooth transition and effective use of digital exam systems.

• Proven ability to analyse complex systems, perform gap analyses, and align technical solutions with business needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging technical and business teams.
• Strong documentation skills, including user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.

Desirable:

• Experience in digital exams or assessment programmes.
• Familiarity with internal operations workflows and multi-platform system integration.
