Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System/Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business needs, translating requirements into clear technical specifications, and supporting the successful delivery of system enhancements and projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent documentation capabilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and process guides.
  • Create diagrams, process flows, and system workflows to illustrate end-to-end business processes and technical interactions.
  • Write structured and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Analyze system-to-system integrations and ensure clear understanding of data flow, dependencies, and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure proper alignment on requirements.
  • Support and co-lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirements clarification discussions within Agile teams.
  • Identify gaps, assess risks, and provide recommendations to improve business processes, system functionality, and user experience.
  • Assist in validating solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in a technical or product-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in creating diagrams and workflows using tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or similar platforms.
  • Strong requirement gathering, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex issues into actionable solutions.
  • Experience in co-leading Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement clarifications.
