Job Title: IT Senior Network Administrator (Architect Level)

Location: Taguig

Work Setup: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite per week depending on business needs)

Schedule: Mid Shift

Salary Package: Up to ₱100,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Senior Network Administrator (Architect Level) to design, evaluate, and enhance our network infrastructure. This role involves managing complex network systems, implementing best practices, and providing leadership in the design and execution of network architecture solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in networking, firewalls, and cloud technologies, combined with strong project management and leadership skills.

Qualifications / Selection Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• 8+ years of overall experience in IT networking and infrastructure administration.

Certifications:

• CCNA required; CCNP preferred (training/exam support available).
• Azure AZ-900 or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing trends and future technology direction.
• Experience in network architecture design, firewall/IPS administration, and infrastructure lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and planning of network architecture enhancements.
• Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new network products and services.
• Manage active projects, including developing plans, managing vendors, and training personnel.
• Develop and maintain technical architecture models and documentation based on industry best practices.
• Evaluate and ensure that technical architectures meet business requirements and performance goals.
• Administer and optimize firewall and intrusion prevention systems (IPS) within change management protocols.
• Lead critical updates, upgrades, and configuration changes for network environments.
• Create and maintain system diagrams, policies, and procedures; conduct yearly reviews.
• Provide lifecycle support for all networking platforms, including monitoring patches, releases, and updates.
• Collaborate with regional operations teams to monitor and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Work closely with vendors and support teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Conduct log reviews, audits, and escalate security incidents when necessary.
• Serve as 2nd-level support for firewall and IPS incidents.
• Take a lead role in disaster recovery planning and activities.

• In-depth understanding of IP networking, routing, switching, and addressing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, FortiGate, and Cisco IPS platforms.
• Advantageous skills include Performance Monitoring, WAN Optimization, DMZ deployment, Linux, and Network Switching.

Additional Requirement:
