Field Technician – Karofi Water Purifier

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Field Technician to join our team and handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Karofi water purifier units in residential and commercial sites.

This role is ideal for someone with technical background, good communication skills, and strong customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission Karofi water purifier systems
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare accurate service reports and documentation
  • Conduct on-site assessments and recommend solutions
  • Ensure proper use, handling, and safekeeping of tools, parts, and equipment
  • Coordinate scheduling and updates with the team

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Vocational/Technical course graduate (Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • With experience in installation, maintenance, or field service
  • Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
  • Customer-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Honest, responsible, and highly organized
  • Must be willing to travel to different sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
