The Opportunity

Enshored is seeking a Data Analyst to support the CEO, CFO, and other executives with the preparation and analysis of combined financial and operational performance data for Enshored and its related entities.

The Responsibilities

● Develop, implement, and maintain financial analytics processes and reports

● Prepare or assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and other period-based

financial reporting, such as variances to budget and forecast, and coordinate timely

distribution to appropriate stakeholders.

● Prepare and track key performance indicators, other metrics, and business or operational

trend data to support dashboards and other management reporting.

● Support annual projects on profit margin by client, salary reviews, and other projects.

● Other general financial activities, such as maker/authorizer on regular banking

transactions.

Required

● You have strong Excel and GSuite skills.

● Familiarity with Quickbooks and NetSuite applications is a plus.

● You have a working knowledge of key financial, accounting, and business metrics.

● Your attention to detail is applied to visual, verbal, and written communication to communicate data and analytics effectively with leadership.

● Ability to perform well in a team environment, including sharing information and assisting

others with close and reporting duties to meet monthly deadlines.

● Understanding of the communication challenges of working in a multi-cultural, international, 24x7 environment—you need to be flexible in order to work with colleagues in different timezones.

● Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other analytical discipline is preferred.

● 1-3 years work experience in a similar role is preferred.
