About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and extroverted Business Development Engineer to expand our presence in power plant electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate is optimistic, self-motivated, and professionally confident, with excellent marketing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor and follow up on new project bidding opportunities and identify upcoming projects.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, contractors, and other key stakeholders to gain early project insights.

· Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide accurate proposals and tender submissions.

· Represent the company professionally in meetings, negotiations, and client engagements.

Qualifications & Profile:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

· Proven experience in business development, preferably within the power or construction sectors.

· Extroverted, optimistic, and highly motivated personality.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Strong professional presence and ability to represent the company confidently.
