We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant for a vape distribution company to manage the financial records and ensure compliance with all accounting standards.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage general ledger entries and ensure accuracy in financial data.
  • Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Work details:

  • Monday to Friday; 10:00AM to 7:00PM
  • WFH every Saturday;
