Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple teams and client engagements across Salesforce CRM development, implementation, and quality assurance.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, escalations, and project profitability.
  • Guide, coach, and motivate team members for optimal performance and growth.
  • Drive talent development and retention initiatives.
  • Support practice development through knowledge sharing and service standardization.
  • Ensure quality and timely project delivery in a dynamic consulting environment.
Qualifications
  • MBA preferred (from a reputable institution).
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale Salesforce projects and global teams.
  • Strong background in business operations, consulting, or shared services.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce products: Education Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio (OmniScripts/Integration Procedures), and
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Willing to travel internationally as required.
