Job Description
Job Summary
This position assists teams with various tasks, often taking on project work. He/She applies an advanced understanding of supported products, works independently, and relies on experience and judgment to make appropriate business and personnel decisions. This position performs other tasks as requested.

Responsibilities

  • Develops agents to be successful in accomplishing customer service, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Assists management team in various tasks.
  • Adheres to established support process/procedure guidelines.
  • Reinforces UPS quality expectations and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Understanding of UPS Service Commitments and Goals - Preferred
  • Able to work flexible shifts - Preferred
